Using Unbotlab

These terms apply to Unbot, operated under the Unbotlab brand in Malaysia, at unbotlab.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Notice. You must be legally able to agree to them, or have the permission required by the law that applies to you.

Your account

Use an email address and sign-in account you control. Keep your devices and sign-in links secure. Do not share or sell access, create accounts to evade limits, or use another person’s account without permission.

Your text and model training

You keep any rights you have in the text you submit. You give Unbotlab permission to process, store, and use your submissions and generated results to provide the requested tools and train or improve our models. Do not submit confidential material, sensitive personal data, or material you do not have permission to use. We do not sell, rent, or trade your submitted text.

AI results and detector limits

AI rewriting and detection can make mistakes. We do not promise 100% accuracy or 100% bypass of any AI detector. Every humanizer can fail, and independent detectors can produce false positives or change over time. Any examples, scores, or internal benchmarks describe those particular tests, not a guarantee for your text.

Review results for meaning, facts, originality, and suitability. You are responsible for your final work and for following your school, employer, publisher, or platform rules. Do not use detector scores as the sole basis for a consequential decision about another person.

Acceptable use

Do not use Unbotlab for illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, infringement, spreading harmful content, or misrepresenting authorship where disclosure is required. Do not bypass access controls, scrape private account data, overload the service, or evade quotas. We may restrict abusive activity to protect users and the service.

Free access and future subscriptions

The service currently launches with free access and stated usage limits. Pro is marked coming soon, and payments are not enabled. Planned prices and benefits are shown for information. When subscriptions open, the checkout will disclose the price, billing cycle, renewal terms, and cancellation method before any charge. No paid subscription starts without your agreement at checkout.

API access and word balances

When Pro launches, the planned $9 monthly subscription includes 50,000 website words and separate allowances of 10,000 Humanizer API words and 20,000 Detector API words per billing cycle. Included subscription allowances reset at renewal and do not roll over. Humanizer API packs are planned at $10 per 10,000 words, and Detector API packs at $3 per 10,000 words. Purchased API words never expire and carry over separately from included words. API calls use included API words before purchased words; website words cannot be spent through the API. Both rewriting and detection API calls are billed by input word count. Failed model calls are not charged. Keep API keys secret; you can revoke them in Settings.

API access is not a general-purpose chat-model endpoint. Use the documented humanize and detect routes. Payments and paid entitlements stay disabled until checkout is available.

Refunds

When paid subscriptions become available, you may request a refund within five calendar days of your initial subscription charge or a renewal charge. Contact [email protected] with your account email, charge date, and the reason for the request. Do not send full card numbers.

If you have a service issue, contact us even if this window has passed. Our support team will review the circumstances and process approved refunds to the original payment method. Payment-provider and bank processing times may vary. See the Refund Policy. This policy does not limit rights you cannot waive under applicable consumer law.

Availability and changes

Unbotlab is a developing service. Maintenance, capacity limits, network problems, and changes may interrupt access. We may update features and reasonable limits. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a new update date and communicated where appropriate. Existing statutory rights are preserved.

Responsibility and applicable law

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Malaysian law governs these terms where permitted, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you.
